TFS EduVerse – Bharat Exams AI (the "Service") is provided by THE FIRST STEP CHARITY (also trading as "TFS – The First Step"), India. When you use the Service you enter into an agreement with THE FIRST STEP CHARITY. You can reach us at tfsngo@gmail.com.

By creating an account, accessing the Service as a guest, or continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a school, institution or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Individual users must be of legal age or use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

TFS EduVerse offers AI-generated study material, tutoring conversations, practice questions, mock and weekly exams, planners, current-affairs summaries and links to publicly available educational resources for school and competitive-exam learners. Every feature is free for students — there is no subscription, paywall or paid tier.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or to commit fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• upload or generate malware, probe, scan or otherwise interfere with our security;
• scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs commercially;
• reverse engineer the Service or circumvent usage limits or fair-use quotas;
• share account credentials — you are responsible for all activity under your account;
• submit inaccurate registration information or impersonate another person.

Explanations, notes, mind maps, questions, audio and video produced by our AI tutors may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always verify important facts against official syllabi, NCERT texts and exam authority notifications. AI output is not professional, legal, financial, medical or career advice, and must not be relied on without your own judgement. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the output, and for holding the rights to any content you input.

You must not use the AI tutors to create illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, malware, exam-integrity violations, or to attempt to jailbreak safety controls. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and suspend accounts that do so. Rights-holders may write to tfsngo@gmail.com to request the removal of infringing material; repeat infringers lose access.

THE FIRST STEP CHARITY retains ownership of the Service, its software, design, branding, curriculum structure and original written material. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal study. Notes, answers and other content you create remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to operate the Service. Third-party materials we link to (NCERT, UPSC, NTA, newspapers) remain the property of their respective owners; we do not host or reproduce them.

TFS EduVerse is provided free of charge by THE FIRST STEP CHARITY. We do not sell subscriptions, take payments or collect card details anywhere in the Service. If anyone asks you to pay for access, it is not us — write to tfsngo@gmail.com.

To keep the Service free and available to everyone, AI features are subject to reasonable daily fair-use limits.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features, limits and content may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, you may export your notes and reports for 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data, exam outcomes or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

You indemnify THE FIRST STEP CHARITY against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date above; continued use means acceptance.
