Refund Policy

TFS EduVerse – Bharat Exams AI is operated by THE FIRST STEP CHARITY and is completely free for every student. Quality learning should not depend on a student's financial background.

No payments are collected. The Service has no subscription, no premium tier and no in-app purchases. We do not take card details or process payments anywhere in the app, so there is nothing to refund.

Beware of impostors. If any website, person or message asks you to pay for access to TFS EduVerse, it is not from us. Please report it to tfsngo@gmail.com immediately.

Voluntary donations. If we ever accept donations to THE FIRST STEP CHARITY, they are separate from the Service, are entirely optional, and never unlock features. Write to tfsngo@gmail.com about any donation query and we will respond within 7 working days.
